Orders are usually sent out within 1–2 business days (because we’re quick on our paws 🐾). Most deliveries within the USA arrive in 3–7 business days — just enough time for your dog to practice their runway walk.
Absolutely! If it’s unworn, unwashed, and fur-free, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Please note — for hygiene reasons, some items are final sale (because no pup wants “pre-worn” gear 🐕).
